Temu Partners with Kwikpik to Supercharge Nigerian E-Commerce Fulfilment

In a major boost for online shoppers and digital merchants across the country, Nigerian payment wallet and smart logistics platform Kwikpik has officially been approved as a last-mile courier partner for global e-commerce marketplace Temu.

This strategic integration enables Nigerian buyers on Temu to select Kwikpik for final-mile package fulfillment. The partnership combines Temu’s global direct-from-factory catalogue with Kwikpik’s localized delivery network, giving consumers and businesses nationwide access to real-time parcel tracking and predictable doorstep deliveries.

Through this new operational integration, Temu customers across Nigeria will see Kwikpik assigned to handle their orders as packages arrive at local fulfillment centers. Once dispatched, buyers can monitor their orders step-by-step through Kwikpik’s live tracking dashboard until they reach their home or business address.

By connecting Temu’s high order volumes directly to a vetted rider fleet, the integration aims to eliminate common shipping friction points, ensuring that orders across Lagos, Abuja, Benin City, and regional towns are delivered securely and on time.

Since entering the country in late 2024, Temu quickly grew into one of Nigeria’s most downloaded shopping apps. Its direct-to-consumer model across more than 600 product categories has found strong appeal among retail shoppers and local SMEs sourcing wholesale inventory. However, sustaining this rapid expansion requires overcoming long-standing local logistics challenges, such as urban traffic congestion and complex addressing systems.

Licensed by the Nigerian Postal Service (NIPOST) and built on the Hedera blockchain for transparent record-keeping, Kwikpik brings route-optimization technology and physical dispatch hubs to solve these bottlenecks.

Commenting on the milestone, Paul Ifegwu, Chief Operations Officer of Kwikpik, noted: “This partnership with Temu validates the operational depth we’ve built and our ability to execute reliably at scale. It signals that Nigeria’s logistics infrastructure is evolving to meet the demands of global e-commerce. We’re proud to lead that shift by ensuring faster, more efficient last-mile delivery for a rapidly growing market.”

Founded in 2023 as a comprehensive super app combining on-demand logistics, digital wallets, and bill automation, Kwikpik is leveraging the Temu integration to expand its broader corporate partner ecosystem.

The company is actively opening its platform to international brands entering Nigeria, local manufacturers, and growing SMEs looking to move away from informal dispatch arrangements. Through API integrations and a centralized merchant dashboard, online businesses can plug directly into Kwikpik to automate order dispatch, track performance metrics, and scale their fulfillment operations across Nigeria.
