To bridge this gap between raw ambition and industry-ready capability, Lagos-based production outfit EFANDR Creative has officially launched its Holiday Creator Bootcamp. Designed as an intensive, hands-on training initiative, the bootcamp equips young Nigerians with essential technical skills in photography, cinematography, editing, and visual storytelling.

Nigeria’s cultural and digital economy is booming, yet formal training environments that blend technical mastery with real-world application remain scarce. The EFANDR Creator Bootcamp directly addresses this challenge by moving beyond passive theoretical lectures to immersive practice. Participants work directly with high-grade camera gear, professional lighting setups, and industry-standard editing suites under the guidance of seasoned professionals.
Speaking on the launch, Ayo Owolabi, Founder and Creative Director of EFANDR Creative (Emerald, Floyde & Royal), highlighted that the primary hurdle for young talent is rarely passion, but opportunity:
